New Overall System or GPU?

CPU: I5-4460

RAM: 8 GB

Motherboard: Asrock B85M Pro3

CPU-Cooler : Dark Rock 3

Storage : 1 TB Hardrive

I planned at upgrading my Rig but i am not sure what Parts.

My thoughts are a new Gpu like 1070/1080.

Or a and overall Rig Upgrade new like a i7-7700/16 GB Ram/B250 MB/250 Gb SSD  or  Ryzen 1700X/16 GB Ram/B350 Mb/250 Gb SSD.

 

I mostly play games like CSGO/LOL/DarkSouls/GTA/GMOD/Minecraft and some random FTP Games.

and i would like to start streaming and doing Youtube that why the I7 or Ryzen CPU.

The 4460 is definitely starting to show it's age, but I'd say the ultimate factor for you would be your use case. You mentioned streaming, which if you want to pursue I absolutely recommend a 1700, but if you just want to game I'd say just get a 1070.

Get a r5 1600 with Asus prime b350 

Samsung 850evo

And keep your cooler just contact them to get am4 bracket

I am not into only i gaming i would really like to edit some videos ans stream a bit 

And is the 1700 better then the i7 for streaming and editing ?

What Ram Kit with 3200 MHz should I take ? ( Corsair,GSkill,...)

yes for editing and streaming it will make a difference

get the 1700 and oc it with your current cooler (you will need an am4 braket)
