Intake/Exhaust

Guest Storm10

Where should I have my intake and exhaust in the Corsair - Carbide Quiet 600Q?

I usually place my CPU cooler to pull air through towards the back of the case where another fan can push out of the case.

Intakes pulling air from the top and front.

After that, you can play with speeds to have a quiet, but efficient, cooling setup by using streamers/ribbons/threads/etc. to see fan strength.

It's an inverse ATX case.

The first line and front fans still apply. Can you pull air in from the bottom?

How would I know if I can pull air from the bottom?

Two fans at the bottom. I'd set those to intakes that feed the CPU cooler.

If you have case already... Anyway top should be intake, rear exhaust. Rest depends on which CPU cooler and GPU you use.

And are you using which GPU and CPU cooler? To note and bottom fans in that pic aren't really needed. Or only one of them is. And that GPU in the pic moves very little hot air towards rear.

Front intake, bottom and rear exhaust. You can leave bottom not filled if you like. Temps won't be that much different.
