Disabling Office task schedule

Is this purely related to MS Office (the word software) ?
After some digging on the internet about random popping window on Windows 10 for a split of a second (reminds me of command prompt window but all I can see is the outline for like 0.000001 sec even if Im in a game) someone mentioned it could be stupid Office update check.

I just wanna know if there are any unwanted side effects to disabling all of the below:

I dont use office anymore, so I dont need the software to work atm.
