have you tried reinstalling drivers reinserting card etc...

Have you plugged the cable into the GPU?

I guess this can happen if you plug it into the motherboard.

 

Do you even have an NVidia GPU?

 

What are your specs?

We need more information on your setup. Is the display connected to an NVIDIA based graphics card?

i using lenovo legion y520

a budget laptop

Some laptops stop using the GPU when not hooked up to a PSU, From what I can see on the picture you're not using the power cable right?

Try plugging it in (and restart if you have to) and try again.

Is the GPU driver installed?

Try clean install Windows

Not to mention that I saw many bloatwares too

Try:

Control Panel > Hardware/Device Manager > Display Adapters > right click Intel HD Graphics and Disable
