i need help with possibly bricked kb please.

So my Keyboard (Deck Hassium Pro) has been acting up so i went to their site downloaded the correct firmware and their utility and picked the correct firmware picked they keyboard and it said reset failed and Global full, now its an unrecognised usb device that doesnt work the retailer said if its faulty theyll replace it but if its a firmware issue ill pay for shipping so i dont wanna waste their time and my money someone help me please <3

yeah thats why i was asking does anyone know how to flash it i have the firmware from the site

ok my friend fixed it by plugging it into a diff os (and doing nothing) then plugging it back to windows......ye shes an it student and she has no idea why it worked either
