Entry Level Gaming PC Request

OGH2021

Hello! I am currently playing on an Xbox One (I know, I'm a console pleb) and I want a cheap ($450 or less) build to run games likeTom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege and Counter Strike. I would also love suggestions for a monitor for under $150, and suggestions for a reasonable keyboard, mouse, and headset with mic. Thanks!

You happy to buy used?

As long as it does not greatly decrease the quality of the build, sure.

Is the $450 including  peripherals and monitor, or just the PC, because if that's w/ everything, your options are very limited, even used.

Current System Specs:

CPU: Intel I5-7660K; CPU Cooler: Coolermaster Hyper 212X; Thermal Paste: IC Diamond 7 Carat; Motherboard: MSI Z270 Gaming Pro Carbon;

RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB (2 x 8gb) DDR4 - 2400; SSD Storage: 1TB Samsung 850 EVO; Storage: 2TB Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm;

GPU: Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1070 8gb G1 Gaming; Case: NZXT Phantom 530 Black; PSU: EVGA Supernova G2 650W 80+ Gold, OS: Windows 10 Home

This is what I came up with, I think used will be a better option.

Most likely not lol.

If OP was looking to stream, then sure, but gaming, especially on a budget, Intel still has it.

Find a used GPU and you should be fine.

Tons of upgradeability in terms of CPU, etc.

I priced out a Ryzen system, and came to about $468.

Your better off putting more $$ in the PC Build and eventually get good peripherals.

Yeah, idk what your grand total is.

But spending 500 - 550 on a system will get you a good decent system.
