get a vps instead 

 

For that price you can get a m4.2xlarge from aws and that will give you 32 gb of ram and 8 cores and gig network.

Also don't get 201/r2 unless you need windows server. Linux is faster and free and better supported for servers.

Is this just a Arma 3 server?  It's probably way overkill for that.
