I'm planning on building a mid tear gaming PC with it's priority being silence. I also really like easily being able to replace parts if necessary.

I already made a parts list and wanted to hear the community's thoughts.

Have you already bought those parts?

Where are you buying from?

What is your budget to spend?

Any store I can check to see pricing?

The build you made is not really ideal

The parts I already have are marked as purchased. I'm in the Netherlands. My budget is not really all that important, but to stay within reason let's say 1300 euros. The stores are Azerty.nl and Alternate.com. They're basically the only reputable places to buy components next to the giants like Coolblue and Mediamarkt. The SSD is cheapest at Mediamarkt funnily enough.

You only bought 2 drives and the GPU correct?

1300 euros is for all the PC without the items you bought right?

Yes.

I would get this cooler instead. Cooling wise performs similar to Cryorig H7 but is more quieter

https://azerty.nl/product/be+quiet!/669160/dark-rock-3-koeler-voor-processor-socket-754-socket-940-lga775-socket-socket-939-lga1156-socket-socket-am2-socket-am2--lga1366-socket-socket-am3-lga1155-socket-socket-am3--lga2011-socket-socket-fm1-socket-fm2-lga1150-socket-socket-am4-

Then get this CPU instead, performs better than i5 7600k in productivity and also similar to i5 in gaming. It is also cheaper

https://azerty.nl/product/amd/2620395/ryzen-5-1600-processor-3-2-ghz

You are spending too much on the motherboard. It offers no advantage whatsoever.

Here is a decent mobo that costs around 100 euros for that CPU

https://azerty.nl/product/asus/2599007/prime-b350-plus-moederbord-atx

If you don't like the color find any B350 motherboard, most of them should be fine

As for PSU, just get an M12II EVO from Seasonic. Fanless should run quiet but the Power Supply would be the least thing you will expect to make noise in a PC. Review of noise: https://www.hardocp.com/article/2010/05/18/seasonic_m12ii620_power_supply_review/9

Keep the fan as McMuffin suggested

Keep the case if it suits you

Keep the RAM
