So I have a 3570K and I used to run it at 4.4ghz with 1.300v and it used to hit 90°C under stability testing. Recently I reapplied the Tim and cooler aswell as delidded the CPU and now it runs about 30°C cooler on core 2-4 (core 1 always ran 30°C cooler) and now I'm able to run it at 1.224v instead of 1.300. does best really affect normal overclocks that much? I'm aware that it's important when using ln2 but that's more of an extreme overclock.
