CSGO is Broken

This is an issue I just started to experience. I would get what I think is server lag as I have not done anything to my PC to make it a GPU or CPU problem (but what do I know). Id teleport around the map going in different directions. I tried a number of things online with no luck. I have made a video showing this. First clip is in a casual match and the 2nd is deathmatch but it also happens in match making.

I notice your ping goes up when this happens. I'm not surprised, honestly.

I restarted my modem and router with no change. The Down/Up speeds are fine.

Have you tried lowering your in-game Max Acceptable Game Traffic Bandwidth?

It's your ISP, try contacting them to find out what's going on

I havent seen any issues with random lag spikes on reddit. Its probably on your end.Is anyone uses the internet when you are playing? Are you on wifi while someone is like downloading?

Im the only one that uses the internet at my place and im hard wired into the router. Ill call my ISP and see whats going on. We had a power surge over the weekend and maybe that had an effect.

I had no idea that was a thing, ill try that.

Is your computer downloading updates? I notice that when my computer does this it can cause the problems you describe even with more than fast enough internet, in my case it probably just packets being delayed.
