ryzen 1700 with a 1080 or 100ti would be better, @deXxterlab97 can make a good build for you.

You don't need  a liquid cooler to overclock, that air cooler is miles better than a corsair h50, and the 6700k is a good cpu but the Ryzen 5 1600 has two extra cores and has a much better upgradable path.

they wouldn't make air coolers for the fun of it, they're for overclocking also.

Deffo, noctua are known for making some of the best fans on the market, they're not the best looking but far better than any corsair make. The cooler also has no moving parts i.e. Pump, so the cooler cannot fail, only the fans.

if you don't like the look of it, the best alternative is to get a cryorig r1 ultimate.

That corsair h50 is honestly a pile of steaming sh*t and if you think for one minute you will get better overclocks on that compared to a dual tower air cooler you're sorely mistaken. I've been building pcs since 2012 and although it's not a long time, I know my stuff.

I tweaked your build a tad to give you a slightly

better overclock. As well as some other changes.

That case has pre installed 120mm fans with blue LEDs in the front, as well as a 140mm exuast in the rear. I'd wait to see if you're displeased with their preformence before replacing them.

It comes with two fans in the box.

and do z170m boards support overclock and have an easy BIOS

Most definitely. The z170 chipset is want you want for overclocking, hence the change I made.

As for 4k on overwatch, for the most part you'll be able to run it fine at 60-70fps on ultra. You WILL experience dips below 60fps. don't expect not to.

and are these fans enough to cool my gpu

Yes, three 120mm fans for intake with three 140mm for exhaust will cool just fine. You'll get better temps than I do in my case. My GPU (GTX 1080 Armor, 2.1ghz OC) usually runs at 81c on games like Overwatch. I run Overwatch on Ultra at 144fps locked for the most part. On a 144hz 1440p monitor.
