Enough PSU Wattage?

Hi i plan on buying a ASUS Dual RX580 4GB but will it fit the PSU wattage? i have a Antec NEO Eco 520W PSU and the rest of the specs are 

i5 - 4460 

2x 7.2K RPM drives

SSD

and 

2 fans

i looked on some psu calculators and it seems like it doesnt fit it it recomends a psu of like 480w but is that the psu -20% efficiency

Oh lol. Well in either case, I'd go for 650w just for added security, that's what I ran when I was still going single card. Also, shameless plug, I'll be listing my evga 650w psu for sale on here soon since I don't need it

i have the pc with a shitty gt 740 card im gonna upgrade so i cant change since i bought the psu 1 month ago my plan was to buy a 1060 6gb but its out of my budget so im changing to this cuz its cheaper and same performance
