Need help with a new case!

Right now i have Corsair 88R case, but I want to buy sharkoon c10 (https://www.sharkoon.com/product//16426#desc) because it is much smaller, but on their site it says The case is not compactible with Modular power supplies. Why? I have an semi modular cx500m, is that noncompactible too? I have put all my pc parts in the link down below, can you guys help me figure out if there is any incompactibilities before i buy it. For example will my corsair h75 fit in there, in my understanding it will but can you check? Will my gtx 1070 strix fit in there? I also have corsair sp 120 performance editions, can I use those? So if you know answers to those questions or to some others let me know. Also the PCPARTPICKER is flagging my power supply as non fitting, but it should fit?? The max lenght of a power supply for Sharkoon c10 is 150 and cx500m is 140mm, so it should fit.

problem might be that the case is blocking the middle section of the psu where the modular cables plug in

I just found this image online: IS the cs750m similar in size as cx500m?

According to the website, ATX power supplies should fit. If you got the FAQ section, it says it in there.  As for your graphics card, as long as its less than 31.5cm in length, it'll fit just fine it seems. The cooler might be an issue.  looks like there is plenty of room for the rad and fan, but the tubing might not fit.
