Hello, I was wondering why my windows explorer randomly hangs (or stutter while typing or using the mouse)  and restart sometimes and there is studdering while playing youtube videos and floatplane club videos. My computer spec: 

 

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Founders Edition

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 3 EU

RAM: HyperX FURY Black Series 32 GB (4 x 8 GB) 2400 MHz DDR4 CL15 DIMM Memory

SSD: Samsung 750 EVO 250 GB 2.5 inch Solid State Drive

HDD: Toshiba P300 3TB 7200RPM 3.5" SATA Hard Drive

OS: Microsoft Windows 10 (build 16188), 64-bit

same happens with me.. just an hour or two after i have turned on my comuter something happens and im on 98% RAM usage. I tried solving my problem by the memory leaks workarounds i found all over the internet but nothing seems to work. i have 12 gb ram and it generally never went above 50-55% with normal workload i have except for when using SketchUp and/or Photoshop.
