Screenshot attached

Im getting really bad frame drops in both multiplayers and single player (this is happening only in bf4, my bf1 games runs fine)

its my first time playing this game in months - the only thing thats changed is the stupid new UI for the game

Things ive tried
1. Video settings to LOW

2. Launching game in X86 vs X64

3 DDU to do clean reinstall of drivers

4. reset all my overclocks

5. Origin > Update game

6. Origin > Repair Game

7. Turned off Nvidia Share

none of these have worked

Have you tried to monitor CPU usage and memory usage?

You might run out of ram memory(that's what happens in my PC when I play forza. Lots of frame drops with only 8 gigs of ram and no Virtual memory. When I added some virtual memory that issue stopped at all and also gained me some FPSs.

 || CPU: Intel i5-8600K || Cooler: CoolerMaster Hyper 212X || Motherboard: Gigabyte Z370 HD3P || GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1050ti OC Windforce 4GB || Memory: 16GB Crucial DDR4 3000mhz || HDD: WD Black 500GB + Seagate Barracuda 2TB || SSD: Samsung 980 1TB || PSU: Corsair VS550 || Case: nJoy Ice Cage || Fans: Segotep Halo Ring RGB ||Monitor: 2x Dell 27" P2717H IPS Full HD || Second Monitor/TV: LG 49UJ620V UHD || Mouse: Logitech G502 || Keyboard: Logitech G810 + Royal Kludge RK84 || Speakers: Philips SPA-5300 subw + Arylic 2.1 + DIY Bookshelves w/ Dayton Audio || Headphones: HyperX Cloud Flight S ||

cpu usage is in the screenshot - its pretty wack

memory in hwmonitor never went over 66%

cpu and memory was never an issue before when i played this game for 2 years prior

im reinstalling the game to see if i can fix it that way
