Hey Guys,Yesterday I was wondering to look back towards my dead tablet,it is a Reconnect RPTPB707 Tablet (Reconnect is a Reliance Company, and Reliance is a Indian) and I put it on charging and it turned on,at first yesterday,it had a wierd issue,it would shut down when i would unplug the charger,at first glance, looked like a battery dying issue, but later the battery worked! But I had one same issue, the screen was barely usable,it used to do things on its own, without me touching it,and I can barely do anything, because when I touch,it freaks out,I think the Digitizer,Touch Panel has a problem (it freaks out so much,it changed the language to italiano (lel).I know how to change the language to English, but it becomes mad when i even press the power button when i try to unlock it,it has a screen guard, could that be a problem ?

I know it sounds like a cheap tablet, while it was even when new (7999 INR which converts to around somewhere in the $120-130 Range) but I use a much better and cheaper smartphone (5999 INR) around $95 and is so much better, but I use it for school and don't have a primary Android Phone (I have a Nokia Lumia 525 Windows Phone as my primary phone,i enrolled it on Windows Insider and put Win10 Mobile on it and man,is that thing slow ,and the Games/APPS i use are not on Windows Phone,so i dont touch it,or use it) (except sometimes) so is there a way i can fix this tablet,BTW it has a 7-inch screen

Nope, the screen is unresponsive, the buttons (home, screenshot, etc) are on the screen, and when i try touching the screen,it either touches somewhere else,or doesnt do anything at all
