Eh, I've never seen a computer case that has been 3d printed. Mostly just moderately sized items. Mine can only print 8x8x8in. But mine is also a consumer printer. 

 

They've been around for a while now, but they've just recently became "available" for everyone. By this I mean their quality and price have become reasonable.
