Should i go with the cheaper build ( https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rJqPD8 ) or the more expensive build ( https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Cwm7Fd )? I want to play games like csgo, gta 5, overwatch and battle grounds at 1920x1080 at max settings and get 60 fps.

The first one, but you should choose a mobo with 4 RAM slots for future upgrades or just get one stick of 8GB RAM, also OC the RAM or just simply get a high speed RAM
