Windows Update Stuck ON Checking For Updates

So I've tried finding a fix on this just now and I tried one solution where u do this and that in my CMD , and then stop the WindowsUpdate in what ever that was and start it back and then restart my pc. but now it's still not working. So I need help. If I can;t update that means Im vulnerable to wanna cry.
