CS:GO servers down?

This could be an issue with my PC, but I'm unable to access my CS:GO inventory in-game, and I can't join a match (it says something like the matchmaking servers are unavailable). Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Thanks!

Steam servers ware down for maintenance. Restart steam and you should be fine
