Terms&Conditions Wanted

Hey guys, 

 

Doing a job card form at work and hoping someone one who also works in the field could post of pic of what their T&C's looks like, you know the client signs in the computer and us just saying we are not responsible for data and all the other stuff and that the client understands the risks. 

 

Tried looking online and all I find are Job searches and for other completely random things.

This seems like something a lawyer would need to be involved in so you get the wording right to ensure no loopholes in case of an issue.

One company's T's and C's might not apply to yours.

Is this for a PC Repair shop?

 

You should search for "Example liability waiver for computer repair". I immediately found several real world examples, as well as some "example" forms for repair work in general that you could tweak.

But yes, those that suggested getting a Lawyer to either draft one, or provide advice, would be best if you're looking for actual legal protection and meaningfulness.

@dalekphalm thanks man, "Example liability waiver for computer repair" was the wording I was looking for. I was trying IT Support Terms and Conditions Template" and was just giving me annoying IT Support Positions.

Indeed - the wording is everything on this one

 

You could also just go to Best Buy and report a fake problem with your computer to rip off their waiver form too!
