I cannot boot into my Windows

Hi, so recently my Windows updated and my computer shut down. I powered it back in and it came up with the following message (its translated so it may not be 100% correct) "Windows cannot complete the instalation. To install Windows on this computer restart the instalation". I'm using Windows 10. Please help me ASAP. I'm really affraid that I lost all of my data which I spent years on downloading and collecting. I will show you the picture it its in Croatian so you probably won't understand it.

 

EDIT: Oh good now it won't even turn on (the screen is black).. What the heck it even wont turn off with the power button. God damn you Windows update.

 

EDIT 2: I'm so damn furious, and can somebody please send me the Microsoft support email, I cannot find it, I only get that robot that doesn't help me do sh*t, I have to work with a phone so its hard tk do things...

get an icy dock external sata array and plug your drive into another computer to get the files back
 

then restart your pc or process of upgrading/installing

if that does not work contact microsoft directly

Pokušaj ponovo instalirati Windowse ako ne ide onda je loš installer pa skini sa ove stranice alat za kreiranje medija : https://www.microsoft.com/hr-hr/software-download/windows10

Bok,

Kako da izvucem sve podatke tocno? Ne mogu nista, sutra cu opet probati ali sada ni to ne vidim. Samo mi je crna slika i monitor mi se ne upali.

Ako imas drugo racunalo onda iz ovog kojeg ne radi izvuci diskove, pogledaj malo detaljnije na internetu kako to napraviti
