What is a level up service? If it's a way to get XP faster that isn't part of the game, then I'd assume so.

So in steam there's a steam level thing that makes you seem like a respected user that uses steam a lot yada yada. You can level up very quickly by doing something I don't understand a lot, but it gives you a super high steam level. A lot of scammers use it to make them seem legit. What do you think?

Theres only a couple ways to level up on steam and that's by buying games, completing badges and sale challenge stuff.

If scammers use it, then I'd steer clear of it. And if you aren't a "respected user of the community", then why would you want to look like one?

If scammers use it, What do you think? If it was allowed in general, everyone would be using it. Stuff like that is usually against ToS of any service or game. Its considered abusing system or even cheating.
