If you are going to get a K processor, which means you can overclock, get a Z series motherboard. (Z170/Z270) Or get a locked processor (i5 7600 non-K) or consider Ryzen. Other than that it's decent.

K CPU with B150 board is not ideal, otherwise a good build.

If your budget is that high, I would recommend filling the space in the case and getting a full ATX motherboard.
