Some crap keeps minimizing my games

Whenever I play games (I don't recall this happening with Team Fortress 2, but it does happen with Undertale and especially Skyrim). Every once in a while, my game minimizes because some command prompt appears and disappears before I can even check out what it's about.

 

I feel like it might have something to do with NVidia GeForce Experience, since it didn't happen before I installed that.

 

Any idea how to fix that? It's quite annoying, but I don't want to just uninstall Geforce Experience, because it's really useful.
