6 Plus camera broken?

I have a 6 Plus on 10.3

 

Opening the camera will make the camera click repeatedly and the image double and blur. I'm thinking it's the optical image stabilization. I took it to the iStore and they basically told me to turn it on and off again, and reset the phone completely. After the reset the camera still isn't working. The iStore said that if the reset didn't work they would look into a replacement device but I don't have the funds for the assload they're going to charge me. 

 

Anyone else experience this? Any fixes?

i am not sure it is still on effect or not
