Need a laptop for my visually impaired aunt.

Hi guys,

 

I need a laptop for my aunt, shes fully blind. She uses word, excel and outlook mainly. She also uses Microsoft Windows-eyes.

What laptop would be of the best quality, battery life for price laptop? Nothing over $500, thats the highest she is able to pay.

The laptop as you can see doesnt need alot of proccesing power.
