I just ordered this keyboard, it has mx blue clones, which I've heard are loud

I'm sometimes typing at night and my family could be mad.

Do they significantly reduce the noise level without hurting the tactile feeling of the keyboard?

If recommended any specific type? thanks!

Only get them if you're very uncomfortable with the noise level. Even then like above said, they won't do away with all of it. I personally like Reds because you can type very silently on them, if you use very little force. But the tactile feel isn't there, they're really smooth linear switches.

They also reduce the ammount of travel with each keystroke slightly as the switch typically accuates before the key bottoms out, the o ring will cause you to bottom out slightly sooner.  As for the sound it won't make a whole lot of diference with a blue style switch.
