So I have to keep my PC at my family's business until I can find my own place to live. During non business hours they don't want the A/C on and it gets really hot here in the summer as I live in Texas. The other day my mom suggested an air conditioned fan (of sorts) and I don't mean like a window A/C unit. I mean apparently there's like  a floor fan that apparently cools the air too rather than circulate it. Where do I look?

System: i7 4790K, Hyper 212 EVO, 16 GB Crucial Ballistix, GTX 1070 Super clocked, MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition, Corsair RM 750, Corsair 750D (with 2 additional 140mm NZXT fans up top for exhaust.)

no such thing. The closest there air is floor units that have a vent hose you attach to a window. The heat has to go somewhere.

There are some fans that add moisture, and in texas and other low humidity areas, a swamp cooler may work, but there's no such thing as an air conditioned fan.

But anything that actually cools the area (that's not an evap cooler) needs a place to vent heat. I'd get a floor unit and pay them the difference in electricity.
