Download this and run it on safe mode, it is an application meant to wipe out every bit of display driver in the system but the default Microsoft generic one, doing this ensures there will be no left overs messing up with the current ones, once it is completely wiped out you go and reinstall Geforce Experience.
If you have no video at all from the GPU right now, use On Board graphics to do it.
I figured it out, it ended up being a combination of my monitor, drivers and the dvi port on the gpu
