Battlefield 4 visual glitch

I loaded up BF4 recently (I got a bit bored of the WW1 setting of BF1) and the screen flashed with a green tint rapidly. I "repaired" the game through origin, nothing changed. I deleted the files from my computer, reinstalled it completely again, nothing changed. It's not too much of an issue as it isn't the latest game but i really enjoy it and this glitch makes it unplayable. However, all my other games work fine (BF1 sometimes runs slow in the UI but in a match it's perfectly fine). These are my specs if that makes a difference:

i5-4460 3.2 GHz

2x GTX 970 (SLI)

16 GB of RAM

Standard 1TB HDD (no SSD sadly)

right click bf exe in the task manager and click affinity

set only 2 cores to be used then try one core only

the affinity core control for exe running files is how i get fast window boot times.

why printerdriver need more than 1 core? or an audio driver need 8 cores?

update: it only does the green flashing in fullscreen mode

fixed! switched it to borderless mode somehow fixed it!
