Hello there. I'm here again. Anyway, on my last thread I asked for help regarding computer building with a small budget. Thanks for your help, now I happen to have this computer,

Mobo: MSI990FXA - GD65
CPU: AMD FX - 8350 8core 4.0ghz

PSU: 700watts

The problem is that I wanted to purchase a graphic card for it and I was wondering if my computer can support Sapphire Vapor-X AMD Radeon R9 280X OC 3GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

Thank you everyone for your help. :)

you have more then enough wattage from the PSU

p.s, asking for help from an expert on a forum is a bit iffy! anyone can pretend on the internet, and the vast majority of members of LTT ARE NOT experts :)

if you want an experts opinion, i'd try and directly ask Linus via twitter during the WAN show and the twitter blitzes

First of all yes the R9 280X will fit very good in your system.

Second iWearKiltz is right you should more look for an advice in a forum rather than assume everyone's a pro... lots of ppl do not posses current highend stuff and/or do not have expirience for years working pro actively with hardware.

Not that I say everyone MUST have all the time new hardware, but watching a clip on youtube, reading a review of hardware ain't thee same than buying it and test it yourself :) .

p.s.: This is my very personal opinion and does not reflect anyone else in this forum or in the hardware community.
