Uplay pre ordering?

hey guys I have a question about uplay preordering I got a code for black flag and redeemed it I was able to buy it and got a receipt but the game itself is not in my games list does uplay work differently and wait till the release to show in your games or should I contact support?

Pre-orders don't show up in the games list till pre-load/release
