Unfortunately the cheapest one that meets your needs is about $150.

Must it be DisplayPort? Can't it be HDMI?

Sorry to say but you're not gonna get a new set of monitors that are 1080p with those specs - not for $100 if you didn't need DP you might have more luck but other than that eBay and Craigslist might be your best bet. If you can stretch a bit further then I recommend the AOC IPS panels. I have one and it's great. The colours blow any TV or cheap monitor out of the water and the display is sharp. Mine is an i2369vm and has a silver bar along the bottom. Since it's a cheap panel it's plastic but unless you look closely you could swear it's brushed aluminium.

i guess you have a point most monitors at this price point are business class monitors so there cheap for a reason
