Hello Friends,
I am building a PC for the first time. My Budget is 500$ (Monitor not included). I plan on Using my PC for next 2 years. I live in India. Here AMD products are priced 50$ to 100$ more than Intel (Ryzen 5 1600X is 60$ more compared to core i5-7500, Nvidia products (RX 480 is 100$ more than GTX 1060 3GB almost same price as 6GB). I Dont Know anything about AMD processors. Which build is better (Pentium G4560 + GTX 1060 3GB) or (i3-7100 + GTX 1060) or (budget AMD processor + GTX 1060 3GB). I want to use my PC for Gaming like GTA V, battlefield, project cars, F1, etc. I want decent 60 FPS.
Please suggest alternatives or better options. If AMD suggest a Processor and Motherboard as well.

I Can Get GTX 1060 3GB at lesser price than RX 470. is the RX 470 worth it? I Plan to Upgrade my processor in 6 months when i have sufficient money to core i5(if i go with intel build) or ryzen 5(if i go with AMD build).

I'd go with the Pentium G4560 + GTX 1060 3GB build, knowing how AMD's GPUs seem to be significantly more expensive in India. That combo will probably give you the best performance/price.

OP it will be up to you, personally, i would go for a ryzen 1600. i5s are not really worth getting anymore.

It's all up to you. If you do a lot of multitasking or working, go for Ryzen. However, if you are willing to spend more for better single core gaming, go for Intel.
