Amplifier or receiver.

5.1 output, 50-100W rated output (per chanel), 75-150W rated for the sub.

No problem.

So it's an older 5.1 home theater system?

Do you have the receiver?  If so, it's as simple as looking at what inputs the receiver has on the back, finding which ones your computer also has, plugging the two together, and then setting appropriate sound devices/input sources.  Most likely it would be an Optical audio (Toslink) cable, or an SPDIF digital audio connection (this sends a digital signal with all of the audio channels over a regular coaxial/RCA cable).

If you don't have either of those two digital inputs, you'll have to use the analog inputs (3.5mm to right and left coaxial/RCA cable), and if you want surround to work properly you'll need to use 3 cables.  Most soundcards that are capable of surround sound usually use one 3.5mm jack for Front speaker left/right, another 3.5mm jack for rear speaker left/right, and the third 3.5mm for the center channel speaker and the subwoofer.

If you don't have the receiver, you need to get your hands on either a 5.1 channel receiver, or an amplifier/amplifier(s) with enough channels to run everything.  The 5 satellite speakers will require relatively low power (25-50W), and the subwoofer will probably be about as much power as the rest of the speakers combined (250W), so you'll need 5 low power channels and 1 higher power channel.  Buying a 5.1 channel receiver with digital inputs makes every part of this much easier.

SFF-ish:  Ryzen 5 1600X, Asrock AB350M Pro4, 16GB Corsair LPX 3200, Sapphire R9 Fury Nitro -75mV, 512gb Plextor Nvme m.2, 512gb Sandisk SATA m.2, Cryorig H7, stuffed into an Inwin 301 with rgb front panel mod.  LG27UD58.

Aging Workhorse:  Phenom II X6 1090T Black (4GHz #Yolo), 16GB Corsair XMS 1333, RX 470 Red Devil 4gb (Sold for $330 to Cryptominers), HD6850 1gb, Hilariously overkill Asus Crosshair V, 240gb Sandisk SSD Plus, 4TB's worth of mechanical drives, and a bunch of water/glycol.  Coming soon:  Bykski CPU block, whatever cheap Polaris 10 GPU I can get once miners start unloading them.

MintyFreshMedia:  Thinkserver TS130 with i3-3220, 4gb ecc ram, 120GB Toshiba/OCZ SSD booting Linux Mint XFCE, 2TB Hitachi Ultrastar.  In Progress:  3D printed drive mounts, 4 2TB ultrastars in RAID 5.

Thank very much.. a i dont have the receiver. so i need to buy a receiver/amplifier. Do i need to buy a sound card or not? my MOBO is msi b150m night elf.... if i buy a amp ,how can i connect it to my PC, using 3.5mm jack?

You won't need a sound card.

Use a 3.5mm to RCA cable to connect to your PC.

3.5mm to motherboard output, then the receiver/amp will have analogue inputs in the form of RCA.

One other thing to note is that the subwoofer may be active, which means it has an amplifier built in.

If this is the case, you do NOT want to connect it to a powered input.

Most amps/receivers have a "sub out" or something similar, which will be a line level, low pass output (not amplified, only bass), for connecting to an active sub.

Google the model number of the sub to find out if it's passive or active.

Passive=connect to a powered amp output.

Active=connect to a non-amplified source.

Hope this helps :)
