B250 mobo won't have any potential BIOS problems so I'd say it's worth the investment

More reliable SSD, I have one from ADATA and I've had no problems.

Case is entirely personal preference but you should at least consider the SG13B, it's super nice on my dresser and is smaller than most ITX cases

Also no need for the i3 6100, this Pentium performs similarly to an i3 even at its price.

 

I'm assuming you aren't expecting to do anything past mild 1080p60fps gaming, correct?
