Been building a pc from trash/free parts. I think I'm finally ready to actually buy a GPU (probably refurbished). Not sure what a good pairing that wont be bottle necked by my old CPU.

  Whatever is in a Dell Optiplex 790
• RAM
  PNY XLR8 8GB DDR3 + 4GB Generic dumpster DDR3
• GPU
  ASUS GTX 550 Ti

  Cooler Master Storm Enforcer ATX 
• Storage
  250GB PNY SSD
• Display(s)
  Acer X193W (1400x900)

Anyways you should upgrade that asap. It will be supported in like nothing lmao. Also i recommend the 570 or 580 if you can afford it

460 is crap, get the 1050 if you REALLY want a budget pc
