Duplicates

Hello people. Does anyone know a reliable "duplicate finder"?. i have a lot of files that i saved numerous times such as doc, photos and songs and they repeat themselves 4 or even 5 times. it is a waste of storage space but i am too lazy to handpick them so , is there a software solution for finding and deleting duplicate files? it can be third party or windows integrated , i don't really care. Thank you!

I know that most NAS's have this option, I don't know of any for Windows though.
