Okay so i got some cash to upgrade my really old rig. My current specs are:E7500 core 2 duo 2,93ghz, 6GB DDR2,HD 7850 2GB(kinda a cheap recent upgrade over my old hd 5450) and an old sony monitor 4:3 1280x1024. Yeah it sucks pretty bad. So my question is which one of these monitors should i go for or should i even go for a monitor right now. My options are:

Philips 243v5l  https://www.amazon.co.uk/PHILIPS-243V5LHAB-00-Monitor-Speakers/dp/B00EGLRW3W 70eur

LG25UM58-P https://www.amazon.com/LG-25UM58-P-25-Inch-21-UltraWide/dp/B01BV1XB2K 100eur

Both of them are used, cuz thats my best option right now. So its a mather of standard vs ultra wide. And probably the biggest question, will my rig be able to hold on on that ultrawide resolution long enough before buying new parts. I intend to play cs go, lol, heartstone, and some other new lower demanding/indie games and i like watching movies so i heard 21:9 is good for it.

Get the 21:9 LG, it has the same width as QHD (2560x1440) so you can have two windows opened beside each other without issues or the need to scroll to sides.

Like this, just less height...

Yeah that is awesome, but the problem is i dont know if my pc would be able to handle that resolution

It is about 33% more pixels than 1920x1080.

You can always play with 1920x1080 and black bars on the sides.

Yes, you will be fine for the most part.
