depends on what gpu and a h110 or b150 or higher will be fine. all motherboards for 6000 and 7000 cpus support ddr4

Get a ryzen 1600 and b350 mobo. This comes with a decent stock cooler and x370 mobos are not worth it at all as they do not provide anything usefull. 

Get a rx580 if you can afford it instead of 1060...

1600 would be better in terms of futureproofing, a 1600 competes with a 5820k/6800k fyi.

Don't get a 3GB GTX 1060. It isn't as good as the 6GB version. Can you afford an RX 480 or RX 580 4GB model ?

The rx570 gpu allows for a smooth 1080p 60fps gaming on high settings. This should be the gpu for you. not 1060 3gb.
