are these temps ok?

hi guys im running a 6700k and today i overclocked it to 4.6GHZ, i had to set the voltage to 1.33 to ensure stability it would crash at anything lower, i'm using an h110iv2 and im seeing CPU temps of low high 60's to low 70's when stress testing, is this ok? it seems pretty high for a watercooler.

something else I noticed is that  no matter if i run the fans at 20% or at 100% the temperature doesn't change

 

I know 70 is bearable im just saying doesn't it seem a little high for an h100i v2? i have 3 intake fans, radiator at the top exhausting with 2 fans, and 1 exhaust at the back.

It's furmark, which afaik is quite intensive. It's definitely 100% load, temps are climbing to 75+ now.

Temps would not likely go there unless you have enterprise grade work to do so it should be ok-ish. Watch it in things you normally do after a test

I know, but i'm just saying, are temps like this normal with this OC + a h100iv2? Maybe I installed it wrong or something?

In comparison to my temps, yours is pretty fair

It has a CPU stresser option, it''s been pinning my CPU at 100% for half an hour now
