Since it is an i5, there wouldn't be any problem with the bottleneck. It will be just fine with that card. But make sure the PSU you have could handle both CPU and GPU.

It should be fine, although I'd recommend an RX 480 instead of a 1060

Never heard of that before, use the PSU at your own risk as the PSU has questionable build quality

Keep your current PSU and get an RX 480.  You'll be able to play literally anything at 1080p medium to ultra at 60fps
