need help for $300 Build

Hi I'm from the Philippines and I know most of you guys are in the western part of the world but I need some Idea's for a $300 build for a friends gamin pc. He plays around 1080p games mostly.

If parts you guys are suggesting aren't available here I will try to match it with items here.

 

So far all he has is a GPU = Sapphire r9 390

 

All we need for now is:

CPU

Mobo

Ram

PSU

For this kind of budget I strongly suggest your friend to get a used PC with i5/i7, throw any decent GPU in it, paired it with a good PSU and add SSD/more RAM

Something used is seriously better. $300 is far from enough to make a system that won't waste the potential of that R9 390.

Alternative way is to sell the R9 390 for some extra cash, like $200-250 and start from there
