DBRAND not delivering

I ordered some skins from DBRAND easily a month and a half ago and they haven't showed up. All I get when I send an email is the stupid computer response.

Maybe just the first reaction is automated but I'm sure you can contact their customer service and have a real person look at it.

i've had this happen too, but they give excellent support via the contact form. they sent me new skins, and they arrived quickly. half a year later the original skins finally showed up  seems like USPS has to figure stuff out...
