Help with finding PSU for build

Hello I'm trying to help friend with his new build and we're trying to choose a power supply under 100€, what do you recommend? he mostly wants to game in medium to high settings in games such as gta v, witcher 3, csgo and rocket league.

 

CPU - Intel i5 6500

MB - GIGABYTE GA-B150M-D3H DDR4

GPU -  MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Armor 8G OC

RAM - G.SKILL Aegis (2x8GB) DDR4-2133MHz

STORAGE - WD blue 1TB 7200RPM

-Frequencies DON'T represent everything and in many cases that is true (referring to Individual CPU Clocks).
