Should i pick 1600x or 7600k for gaming only as i see ryzen run smoother and win i some titles

With 1070 or rx 580

I am not going to overclocking.

If you're not overclocking don't go with the 7600k or the 1600x

 

Rather get a 7500 or a 1600.

 

If you take these two I would take the 1600 over the 7500, because at full hd or 4k it's not that of a huge difference between them and the 1600 has more multicore performance if needed.

For games only the i7 7700 it's very good.

as for the i5/ryzen 5 i will with the ryzen5 price/quality.

You can still overclock the 1600..

Go for the 1600x

1070 is more powerful than the 580. 1600 or 1600X will be fine. 1600X will need an aftermarket cooler. Cryorig H7 is what I would recommend.

Right, if needed. Also the 1600 has a lower tdp than the 1600x (65 vs. 95) and comes with a decent stock cooler.

IMO, get i5 7500 for 1080p/1440p gaming or Ryzen 5 1400/1600 for 4K gaming
