The 570X comes with a fan controller, however that means that it's colors cannot be controlled through software, as it's completely corsair proprietary.

aura is an asus way of controlling lighting, so just buy an asus motherboard. (ROG series definitely has AURA, not sure if lower end, non-gamer ones have it, check.)

do you know if there exsist fans that do support aura? i could then strip the old from the case and put some new in. i dont care if its called aura or something else, i would just like the ablity to change all the rgb lighting from one place

Doing it all from one place is AFAIK impossible.

the NZXT Aer RGB, and their HUE+ can both be controlled through CAM, but then an RGB GPU and RGB motherboard will be controlled through a different utility unfortunately.

it isn't, there are asus aura supported fans, they just aren't that practical or good.

https://www.asus.com/campaign/aura/us/Sync.html here is the list of aura supported products

two aura fans as far as i can see:
http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/case-fan/masterfan-pro-120-ab-rgb/
http://www.akasa.com.tw/update.php?tpl=product/product.detail.tpl&no=181&type=Fans&type_sub=LED&model=AK-FN093

the problem is that they are still controled via the 4 pin rgb header which makes it kinda meh, luckely there also is a rgb splitter that is aura supported:
