My Gateway P-7805u FX battery and AC charger died like 12 months ago so I bought a new one back in May. The battery died again only lasted like 2 months because I bought a cheap one ($24).So I have been using my laptop without the battery but now my AC charger tip is bit loose so if I move it my laptop will shut down.

 

Do you know where I can get a Genuine or really good battery and AC charger replacement tip for my laptop??

They dont know shit, ;( since this laptop is an old one from 2009

Then i'd say you're just going to keep going through batteries. Plus it is a Gateway. They make shit products. I'd recommend either an ASUS/ Lenovo Laptop if you have any choice in getting a new one.

Actually I'm considering in getting a new one and just toss that Gateway..I don't need it to be a gaming one just one that can run AutoCad and on the $650 or less.. I'm saving for a Desktop Pc and i don't want to waste money again in a gaming laptop(worst decision I ever made) but I need a laptop for college..

 

Any recommendations?

$650 if it can be less great. I only need it to run AutoCad when I'm on the lab or group projects. Doesn't have to run it super smooth.

I'd just recommend wight the 50 you save that you maybe upgrade the RAM. 

 

650$ is tight, that's your best bet.
