Hey guys, so i want to build myself a new pc and i need you to tell me if everything in the build is correct and if it will work. I heard that the g4560 needs a bios update to work and this motherboard doesn't need one, can you confirm that? And if you can tell me if the ram will work with this build.

Quick google search:

http://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/B250M-HDV/index.asp#CPU

Check the CPU list.  There's a BIOS column.  If it says All, you're fine.  If it says a version, you'd better hope your motherboard was made after that BIOS was released to their factory for production use.

They will work, however I have some questions:

Are you reusing the GPU?

Can tell me the PSU model?

Why not 8GB RAM?

not 8gb because im short on money right now and can't afford it, plus i don't think its that big of a deal if i have 4 instead of 8

all 200 series chipset motherboards work with the G4560 out of the box. i'd get 8gb of ram if it's a gaming rig even if you don't have much money, 4gb just isn't enough.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

It's a big deal.

My laptop once had 4GB RAM and I experienced lags when I opened too many tabs in Chrome and while gaming. After upgrading to 8GB RAM, the lags disappeared.

I agree with @herman mcpootis. Even you have a tight budget, you should get at least 8GB RAM; or else, you will regret.
